What’s In My Travel Makeup Bag

travel makeup bag

Merry Christmas! Sorry I missed posting last week. I’ve been so busy with finals and traveling over the holidays. Literally right after I finished my last final I headed home. The next day I flew to San Diego to visit my best friend and cousin and go to Disneyland for my birthday. Now I’m  back home with my family until my winter class starts. I knew I would only be away for about two weeks so I was determined to pack light. Yes, this is my version of packing light. Hey, I was able to get all my liquids to a quart size bag and carry it on the plane. I’d say that’s pretty light.

These are my staple products. If I had allowed myself to bring another makeup bag I probably would have brought more eyeshadows and maybe some different blushes or lip products. Oops, just realized there’s no lip products in these pictures. Don’t worry, there’s about 8 in my purse(at least, whoops).

Here’s what I chose to bring, from top to bottom, left to right.

Urban Decay 24/7 Concealer pencil (and an extra)
Benefit Erase Paste
Urban Decay Naked Skin Foundation
Trader Joe’s Micellar Cleanser & Makeup Remover Towelettes(all-time favorite)
